“The wound is the place where the light enters you” -Rumi
A Call to Awaken and Share
Through spiritual practice and an unshakable trust in God, I’ve unlocked a boundless ability to become the conscious architect of my life. What once felt impossible now flows with ease, a testament to the limitless power of faith and surrender. In this space, I am whole, aligned, and free—creating my life as an extension of the Divine, moment by moment.
In my childhood, I experienced many freedoms and blessings - there were also severe experiences causing Trauma—shadows I didn’t fully grasp until they began to unravel as I stepped into my teenage years. What once lay dormant beneath the surface kept trying to emerge, raw and unexpected. Then into early adulthood those unresolved wounds grew louder, and I sought relief in substance abuse. For over a decade I plummeted into a darkness that I wish upon no one. As many have experienced, I was close to death (This can be the extent humans go to to get away from feeling the experience that caused trauma). It wasn’t until I met such a depth that I was open enough to receive a willingness I hadn’t known before. This willingness brought me to the doorstep of seeking spirituality as the primary means by which to live in all situations, and not just merely with substance abuse.
Every day is infused with opportunity - doorways & portals - hidden within our disturbances, frustrations, depressions, and sadnesses—into which we will awaken spiritually, again and again and again. I was not taught this radical lesson! I long to show others how potent their pain can be, how it holds within it the seeds of their greatest liberation. It doesn’t have to spiral into the depths of darkness I once knew; it never has to look that extreme. The same amount of liberation and ecstasy is available to those who have much less darkness in their lives. “Small” disappointments, frustrations and unhappiness presents the same doorway.
It does require a wakefulness to that which is already present within us, and a daily attunement to our One True Life - Spirit - that hums beneath the surface. We want to be a direct emanation of spirit! This sort of wakefulness reveals a profound truth: our internal condition creates our external condition. When we cultivate balance in our soul and deepen our connectedness with our spirit, it gives rise to a mirror image of that inner harmony, reflected in the outer world.
My mission is to guide others toward this truth: that by embracing this awareness, we can awaken to our highest potential in Spirit and then channel that sacred energy into the material world. Pain becomes a catalyst, a teacher, a bridge—not a burden to bear in silence. Through this sharing, I hope to light a path for others, proving that even in our struggles, we hold the power to rise from our personal ashes, cultivate complete contentment, create, and thrive in alignment with the Divine, our external reality blossoming as a reflection of our inner connection.
